Vice-Chancellor of Staffordshire University, England arrives at BUU

On the afternoon of November 5th, Sue Reece, the newly-appointed vice-chancellor of Staffordshire University, England, and Nigel Lee, the regional manager of Asia, paid a visit at BUU to hold friendly talks with Zhanghui, vice-president of BUU.


Vice-president Zhang Hui extended a warm welcome to the guests. He introduced the major achievements of BUU in terms of international exchanges in the new semester, reviewed the cooperation situation of BUU and colleges in England, and hoped that both sides would develop cooperation in arts, economic management, computer science and education.


Vice-chancellor Reece thanked Vice-president Zhang Hui for his hospitality and gave a detailed description of the current and historical development of Staffordshire University. She said that the Staffordshire University is among the top ten in fields of fashion and textiles, and design and craft in the whole England, and she hoped that the two universities could establish cooperation at all level.


The leaders of International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Smart City College and college of Arts also attended the meeting.
