Beijing Oct. 27, 2015 (BUU) Prof. Zhang Liancheng, Vice President of Beijing Union University (BUU), met Prof. Xie Yucheng, President of Taiwan University of Arts (TUA).

 

Prof. Zhang Liancheng extended his warm welcome to Prof. Xie Yucheng. He introduced BUU recent development. And he believes that the cooperation in the field of students and faculty between China mainland and Taiwan straits would benefit both of our universities’ development.

 

Prof. Xie Yucheng expressed his appreciation to Prof. Zhang Liancheng’s warm reception. He also talked about the history of TUA, which is a cradle for many celebrities, such as Ann Lee (famous film director) and Hou Hsiao-hsien (famous film director). He expects to deepen the relationship between the two universities.

 

Also presented in the meeting was relating staff from Advertising College and Office for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs.
